Detailed Schedule
- Mondays -
12:00 to 1:30 PM - Hatha/Flow -
This class begins with meditation, followed by a vigorous asana practice.
Posture variations offered, with a fun mix of vinyasa, moving with the
breath from one posture into another, throughout the class. Some
experience recommended.
- Wednesdays -
5:30 to 6:30 PM - Happy Hour - Abs and Toning
This
class is designed to increase your core strength and tone your muscles.
A wonderful way to depress from your busy work week, meet great people and feel more confident about your body.
7:00 to 8:30 PM - Hatha/Flow/Restorative -
This
class begins with meditation, and eases into an asana practice. Posture
variations are offered, with a fun mix of vinyasa, moving with the breath
from one posture into another. It ends
with one restorative posture and final relaxation. Some experience
recommended. - Thursdays -
7:00 to 8:30 PM - Basic Hatha -
This class has a slower pace with more resting time between asanas.
Close attention is paid to alignment suitable for your body. This class
begins with meditation, and eases into an asana practice. Appropriate for all levels, especially
those who want to work on posture alignment.
- Fridays -
12:00 to 1:30 PM - Hatha/Slow Flow -
This class begins with meditation, followed by a vigorous asana practice.
Posture variations offered, with a fun mix of vinyasa, moving with the
breath from one posture into another, throughout the class. Some
experience recommended.
4:00 to 5:00 PM - Happy Hour - Abs and Toning

from one posture into another, is integrated throughout the class. All levels welcome.

4:00 to 5:30 PM - Restorative -
6:00 to 7:30 PM - Restorative -
This class begins with a short period of meditation and light stretching,
then transitions into a blissful 60 - 70 minute restorative practice. Feel the stress melt away from your being, you will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Appropriate for all levels.
